                                            ⚡️ Extremities MATTER.

Everyone will notice this at some point in their life, but more so with :
1. People who use a keyboard constantly throughout the day 💻
2. Phone users 🤔📱
3. Tennis players 🏸
4. People who have constant mid-back soreness 😖

Why? 🤔
The radial head (lateral part of your forearm) will articulate with the ulna notch (medial side) in a pivoting motion. When people have their forearms turned 'inward' , the radial head tends to slip out of the groove slightly. Adjusting the radial head back into the notch can decrease the stress felt on the lateral part of your elbow (due to constant internal rotation of the forearm) and give a significant amount of motion back into the elbow. 👀
Treat the body as a whole 🙏
