Our Children's Bereavement Day Program returns on Friday, June 5, 2026. This program is open to children in grades SK to Grade 8. There is no cost to participate.

Preregistration is required - please call the office to register. Space is limited. 519-410-0881

Vision: to offer comprehensive hospice palliative care support for communities of Norfolk-Haldimand.
Goal: to build a Centre for hospice palliative care.

This Saturday May 9th from 9am-4pm hospice volunteers will be at Porter Lumber, 1441 St Johns Rd, Port Dover with a gorgeous assortment of hanging baskets for Mother’s Day. If you missed pre-ordering, we will also have 300+ baskets from Colonial Flowers and Walter’s Greenhouse. Proceeds support individuals and families living with a life limiting illness or experiencing grief. We appreciate your support and would love you to come by and see what we have to offer!
