2000 push ups!!! We did 2000 push ups and I was able to do 10 on my toes today!!! We set a goal and we crushed it. Check out some of the stats!!!! Everyday, a little bit everyday and everyday we got better and better and everyday was a little bit easier the stronger we became. Thanks to everyone who cheered me on! Hope I was able to shed a little more light on mental health and how important physical activity is to not only your body but your mind.
