                                            Back-to-school season isn’t always smooth sailing — especially for teen boys.
New schedules, social pressures, early mornings… it’s a lot to adjust to. Many boys won’t say they’re stressed — instead you might see mood swings, irritability, or late-night resistance.
👉 If this sounds like the month you've had, you’re not alone.
A few things that can help ease the transition:
➡️ Keep routines predictable (bedtime, meals, homework spot).
➡️ Talk about the feelings underneath the behaviour (“Sounds like you’re feeling overwhelmed”).
➡️ Remember: change takes time — for you and your teen.
