The danger of AI and technology as tools for emotional wellness ...
The latest media buzz is that frequency, resonance, and emotional intelligence is the 'future' of tech medicine. So, it looks like the rest of the world is finally catching up to what we've been doing for 2 decades!
At present, teens are increasingly turning to AI for emotional support and counseling. It is is frightening that an entire generation has lost any sense of human connection. Tech induced isolation is the cause, with tech profiting from treatment
A sort of dystopian false happiness is emerging as the latest tech craze. Since artificial intelligence and big tech are leading the way to 'happiness', it appears we’ve truly reached a crossroads as humans
Coherence is the catchword of AI and tech. Coherence does NOT mean happiness. It means the brain is listening to the heart and acting harmonically with that input via the nervous system
Living Tech—tools, systems, and interfaces designed not just to process information, but to mirror, respond to, and harmonize with the nervous system and emotional and energetic state of the user may seem utopian….
But, what if you haven’t already released your emotional past? Then it lives on, embedded in your DNA, brain, and nervous system, silently directing your life
All artificial ‘emotional tech support’ can do is use frequencies to harmonize your brain waves and nervous system in the present moment. So, the lessons and ‘emotional intelligence’ our emotions are meant to deliver become ignored, a casualty of artificial 'feel-good'. Every one of our life experiences and interactions are suddenly moot. Pointless
The serenity delivered by tech or AI is hollow, empty. Negative emotions serve an extremely important and powerful purpose in our personal and soul growth. Emotions are part of our sensory system. Their purpose is to tell us whether or not our needs are not being met …
Heartbreak says “There is nowhere for my love to go”.
Anger says “This isn’t fair!”
Fear says “I perceive danger. I don’t feel safe.”

Tech might make us feel happier and less stressed in the moment … But, the dopamine/endorphin release stops as soon as the tech device is turned off. Ultimately the device merely controls our behaviour. And it is addictive. As soon as you feel an uncomfortable emotion, you want to simply turn on the device and shut it down
Tech and AI are dangerous when they make us ignore our feelings and become accepting of behaviours, situations, and interactions that we otherwise would never let slide. We become very vulnerable to external control
Maybe all really isn’t right in our world. But, if we feel serenity when we should feel outrage, we are no longer in control of our lives or future. What is meant to be utopian, becomes destructive and counter-productive to personal growth and inner strength
For tech to really be helpful, you have to do your emotional healing FIRST! You need to have processed and given meaning to your life experiences and how they made you feel. THEN, you can enjoy the feel-good of ‘tech support’.
