When West meets East, we agree with each other on another example. Primary Acupuncture Points Near the ThymusThe following points are most commonly used to influence the thymus gland and chest area:CV 17 (Conception Vessel 17 / Shanzhong):Location: In the centre of the sternum, at the level of the fourth intercostal space (midway between the ni***es).
Benefits: Known as the "Sea of Qi," it directly regulates the thymus gland. Stimulating this point can boost the immune system, decrease anxiety, and relieve chest congestion or tightness.
K 27 (Kidney 27 / Shu Fu):Location: In the hollows just below the collarbone, on either side of the breastbone.
Benefits: These points are versatile for relieving throat and chest pain. Stimulation helps you breathe more deeply, releases endorphins, and increases overall energy and focus.

The seemingly unassuming organ has become an emerging target for healthspan, longevity, and precision oncology.

"human body is unlike a machine where you can independently tweak systems. Aspirin is indicated in patients with chronic coronary disease. But when this patient also has a reason to take oral anticoagulants, the combination of the two drug classes is not simply the sum of two beneficial therapies"

Many patients have indications for both aspirin and anticoagulation. The AQUATIC trial from ESC showed an increased risk of bleeding and mortality from the dual pathway therapy. Will practice change?

Interesting conversation😅😅

Question A: Is it useful to invest in health?
B asked A: Does your house lock the door?
Answer: Lock the door
B asked A: Why is the door locked?
A: Beware of thieves!
B asked A: When will the thief come?
Answer: Don’t know?

B said: Investing in health is the key to prevent illness!
A said: Since health care is so important, why do we need a hospital?

B: These are two reasons:
The goal of keeping in good health is to keep you from going to the hospital;
The hospital is designed to keep you from going to heaven as much as possible,
Therefore, a wise man "spends money to maintain health" and a fool "spends money to cure illness"!

[The difference between Western medicine, Chinese medicine and investing care]

Western medicine focuses on control
Traditional Chinese medicine focuses on conditioning
Investing in Health care focuses on repairing like Tai Chi

The difference between health care and medicine:
1. Health preservation treats the root cause.
Medications treat symptoms.

2. Health regimen is used to repair damaged tissues of the body, while drugs are used to temporarily control the symptoms of the disease, but may also cause unknow serious side effects.

3. Suppose a mouse made a hole in the wall. The medicine is used to kill the mouse. The mouse is killed, but the hole is still there, and new mice will come. The health regimen is used to fill the hole.

4. Health care is for everyone. The medicine is only for the patient.

5. There are no side effects to maintain your health, but there are side effects to medicines. When you shoot mice with a gun, you add some holes in the wall.

6. Maintaining good health can relieve stress.
Most medications cause stress.

7. Health maintenance can improve immunity, while most drugs influent immunity.

The body is like a machine,
As is the case with machines, so is the body.
Maintaining your health every day is true maintenance.
Don’t wait for a machine problem to be repaired.
Machines can be replaced but life is only once.

please excuse me for the imperfection translation.

wish you all well!
