It’s beautiful doing the work that I do. And to note, I also invest in receiving professional care from others too!
These therapies I practice really bring people back into themselves. We tend to live in our minds, and seem to be quite disconnected sometimes from the rest of our being. Often we’re not even aware of it until we experience a mindfulness therapy.
The therapies I practice are not “usual”, but I guess I have always been unusual 🤷🏼♀️ 😂
The therapies I offer work. They create the space for embodiment. This alone is a very good thing.
It’s worth it to slow down, and be present while we’re alive. We often forget how to find comfort in stillness, where presence actually exists. I offer guidance and accompaniment in the process through every therapy that I offer. Often, that’s what we need. Some simple care, understanding, and honesty.
If we can slow down and find comfort in being present, the benefits will ripple throughout our lives. Impacting our mental and physical wellbeing, as well as our relationships 💜
