Hello,
As much as I wanted to get back to work, I found it was too soon. I am taking more time off to focus on my healing. I hope to be back to work early in the new year.
I am doing well, just finding that as my body is healing I am feeling over tired. Normally I find giving massage uplifting and energizing, I love connecting with my clients. I'm at a place now where I am easily fatigued so am choosing to direct my energy toward self care as opposed to giving to others, for now.

Hello,
Thank you for your well wishes, encouragement and sharing your personal stories with me. I am doing well. The past three weeks of doing my natural treatments were difficult for me with nausea, vomiting, and anxiety. However; I have risen like a phoenix and am feeling better with each day.
I am back to work as of today. I intend to ease back into massaging by scheduling 2 clients per day Tuesday to Friday. I will increase my client load as my body tells me it is okay to do so.

Hello,
First of all, thank you for your patience during this time which I have been unable to work.
I am feeling good, no pain or discomfort. I am really just waiting, it takes at least three months before I will see results from the treatments I am doing. I am having difficulty with one treatment so will take longer than three months to finish it. Because of this I will be closed for the month of September, as well.

I have decided to take some time off to focus on healing, spend time with family and friends, and enjoy the summer. Sara's Hands will be closed for the month of July and open for a limited amount of days in August. I hope to be back to my regular schedule in September.
