Starting next week Feb. 18-March 11
STRENGTH FOR LIFE!!
This 4 week course is for aging adults or anyone who needs back to basic beginners training.
3 different classes a week with 3 different instructors Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 11:30-12:30.
This program is for those wanting to take intentional steps toward feeling stronger, steadier, and more at ease in your body.

This weekly movement series is designed to support joint health, strength, balance, and
brain-body connection in a way that is approachable, adaptable, and respectful of where you are right now.

Each class has a distinct focus:

Mondays with Laurie :
Flexibility, coordination, and brain-enhancing activities that improve mobility, focus, and balance.

Wednesday’s with Gerrimae :
Stabilization, postural support, and
muscle development to help you feel supported and strong in daily movement.

Fridays with Rachelle:
Reflexes, joint health, and nervous system support to help improve reaction time, balance, and organ function.

Classes are thoughtfully customized using props and options always offered. You are encouraged to move at your own pace, rest when needed, and work within your current capacity leading to meaningful progress over time.
Progress here may look like:
• moving with less pain or stiffness
• improved balance and confidence
• easier transitions (getting up, walking, reaching)
• feeling more trust and safety in your body.

This series is well-suited for adults looking to move better without high-impact or fast choreography, and for those who value
consistency, quality instruction, and long-term joint and nervous system health.

Attending multiple classes each week allows you to experience the full benefit of the program.

What to bring:
• Water
• Small towel
• Comfy sweatshirt
• Clean indoor shoes

Mitzi’s Jones in the house at Sol Motion Collective today with a Relaxation Workshop 2 pm❤️

Have you ever wanted to cry during a yoga class? Or scream during a workout?
This exercise will help you identify the unconscious tension we hold in our bodies and why. If you are interested in understanding where you are holding onto unwanted tension and releasing it, come and explore this revolutionary technique.

This is a technique she uses with her actors but it is fully suited to each and every one of us who wants to dig deeper and know ourselves and our wiring better.
I, Gerrimae, and many others in the community will say that this is the best method which holds up a mirror and gently shows you how you show up in the world.
Yet it is the most gentle, and effective, way to understand and release tension we hold in our bodies, tension we are not even aware of.

Wear your comfy clothes, bring your tissues (yes, you may cry a little, or a lot ), your water bottle and get ready to learn a little more about yourself ✨

Sol Motion has wide variety of yoga classes for you! 🧘‍♀️
We have had to do a rearrange, and we thank you for your patience with that!
But we now have a great schedule for you, giving you varied, fun, and challenging yoga sessions:)

Our instructors have extensive knowledge and expertise. Each one of them is beautifully authentic in their passion for teaching and are there for you, to offer you the best opportunity to grow and learn in your own unique yoga practice ❤️
The schedule onwards is as follows:

✨Monday 5:15pm
- Evening Yoga with Kristy
*Kristy, starting this week, will be leading you through a gentle flow class, with enough movement to keep you warm and challenged with relaxation and gentle stretching to give your nervous system the rest it needs.
Kristy’s knowledge and insight will guide you through this practice and her passion for helping you on your journey shows. Plus, I think she is the only teacher in town that still uses a Walkman! ❤️😎 Love it:)

✨Wednesday 5:30pm
- Evening Yoga with Rachelle
*This evening class is the perfect way to release tension, reset your nervous system, and ease into a restful night. With a calming blend of slow flow, deep stretches, and grounding poses, we’ll help you let go of the day.
Rachelle has a warm, inviting energy and her knowledge, wisdom and beautiful authentic presence is so calming and refreshing.

✨Thursday 5:15 pm
-Power Yoga with Leyna.
*This dynamic, strength-building yoga class will have you flowing, sweating, and feeling unstoppable. With strong sequences, balance challenges, and core work, Power Yoga is all about tapping into your inner fire.
Leyna’s fun and authentic energy is the perfect combination with this challenging yoga class. She makes it so enjoyable and exciting, plus she modifies as much as you need to help you reach your goals.

✨Saturday 10:00am
- Animal Flow Yoga with Rachelle.
*This class harnesses our inner animal energy, reconnecting you to instinct, coordination, and resilient strength. Expect a fun, playful class that keeps your body fluid and energized!
