The boxing program I just finished was a very different experience for me and my body responded well! I feel very strong and I’m pleased with my definition. One of the best full body workouts I’ve done! I was expecting to work my upper body, but my core and legs!? FULL BODY BABY!
Fun, progressive, variety - it’s one of my favourite programs to date! And talk about stress reliever - YESSSS!
