♡♡♡ wrote this for myself today. As a reminder of how much has shifted for the positive in my life. When I take time to slow down, even if it feels extremely urgent often there is room to pause.
I wanted to share incase anyone else needed to read this.

For me, today I planned to "get things done" and I will but my body is exhausted, my mind is disorganized.

A late start abd alot of energy was needed this weekend and this morning to support my kiddos and self ♡
Instead of rushing in a panicked state to pack more. I have been leaning into trust, trust that I will find. The energy, the right time and clarity.
Doing this has taken almost all stress away from moving.
Today I need to nap to recover, to realign. And I feel this evening a few boxes can be packed. In a space of power instead of pushing myself over my limit. In this momment, I still have lots of time and room to make choices and listen to my body.

This isnt just a move, this is moving myself my beautiful children into a new way of living. All the hard work, the inner shifts, they matter to me. Even in the process of packing.

I choose to be kinder to myself, to rebuild a relationship with my mind and my body, to let them know I hear when you need me to stop, to slow, to adjust. Even if it isnt socially acceptable or what I "should" do.

I remind myself that selfcare isnt a waste of time. Its what creates space, power, clarity of choice, authentic alignment and I get to parent and show up calmer and more supportive.

In that note here's to a lovely two hour lay down and rest, water, nourishment and stillness.

You are important ♡♡ other people, things, can wait. If you have obligations that cant be adjusted then finding the next best time to create care is important. What are you holding that never belonged to you?? Let it go
You are safe to be less "productive" and more invested in yourself.

BE PATIENT ♡ LET REMEMBRANCE FIND YOU

Working on making my dreams come true ♡♡♡ and today was a day of surrender
I really wanted to make these for febuary
Not for valentines day but for self love

Been home, with sick kids and myself for over a week and the "deadline" I had in my mind ... feels like its shifting

I just want space to create to be in my mind. Potty mess, chat, dishes, play, break up a fight...
Set up computer and boundaries.

Distraction adhd brain, lunch time kids are hungry... cuddles, calm, emotional regulation...

Ideas of creativity swirling for weeks wanting a place to land to bloom.

Mommmmmmm... mommmmmm I need you.. Teacup is empty I can see the bottom...

Emotional breakdown, innerchild running wild in my brain. Its not fair! Its my turn ! No more responsibility

Softens into the eyes of her children.. she closes her creativity- bluey now playing on her destiny... markers flying, scrambled requests..

Patience ticking like a clock with low batteries
Tik tock... goodbye dreams tik tock tired eyes

Reconnect, reparent, suck in your pain... get up, wobbles and groans

Dreams i see you, but just hold on.

I want my children to be loved..
Hold on but not until copper rusts...
I must find a way

Tik tock house is quiet
Creative blooms. Gentle hearts at rest
It's my time...

I hand in the exchange of a much needed nap and find strength

Its my time... this feels important

Tip toe like a mouse, printer please don't wake my house.. children stirr a little
But destiny awaits

Coffee fatigue, shaky hands.. cloudy brain..
Redo it over again and again

Sparks of hope dont get to bright.. don't wake the calm home alright!!

Like a secret Santa a gift awaits... heavy eyes but progress made

I want to sleep so I can show up

To invest in those little ones.
Mommmm... mommmmmmy tomorrow comes quick

Drink water, damn forget it.
Legs like bricks body aches tomorrow I will wash my face.

Tired smile gentle breathe

Its okay if I have to slow my dreams.
I remember why I was born
To rewrite the pattern of the abandon child.
To painful, no I cannot make you relieve my past

More inner work, more reflections, thoughts of how better I can be...

Okay mind one drip at a time. The cup will fill... the life will flow

The children grow.

Be present be patient... feel yes...
Good now rest

Its coming along ♡ and it's meaningful its filled with the life I live.. its birthed in the cries, the wounds the laughter and the distractions. Its alllll of me, its alll of us, its my family, my dedication, my mental fatigue... what i create cannot be rushed. I let you witness my soul

I cannot wait to see the next part that live in my mind of this journey journaling box as I create I heal within it. I know it will be there for those that need as well

Okay, I am so excited about what I am in the works of creating right now. This is something that is not only supportive to me. But that I feel will be so beneficial to others. here's a little sneak, peek of what's coming out in February. Keep your eyes open.I still have a lot.I have things to put together, but I know that the hard work time and energy will be so enriching for my personal growth.And those that also choose to drop into this powerful experience. sending so much love.What is everyone else working on in their life?I would love to hear.
