Grief is complex and often misunderstood. We may experience more than 40 types of loss throughout our lifetime. Often, we rely on the wrong tool - our brain - when navigating grief. Ember of Hope’s Healing Grief gathering equips participants with grounding tools & techniques to release unhelpful cognitive thoughts, reconnect with their emotions, and use their hearts to heal from loss.
