Need a little bit of self-encouragement for today? 💭

Let's arm ourselves with compassionate and supporting affirmations, such as:

🧠 - 'I'm strong enough to handle this moment at hand'
🧠 - 'I can be anxious/sad/scared/worried and still deal with the situation'

💭 What encouragement resonates the most with you today?
