Emotional Regulation: I can provide support in developing coping mechanisms, emotional regulation strategies, and stress management techniques.
Accountability: I can serve as an accountability partner, helping you stay on track with your goals thanks to regular weekly check-ins on top of our coaching sessions.
Self-Awareness and Self-Advocacy: I can help you learn more about ADHD while respecting your autonomy. Your knowledge will then empower you to understand and communicate your needs more effectively.
