How do I begin to share my excitement for this weekend retreat?
How do I put into words the feeling of what is being created… the depth, the intention, the healing, the magic of gathering in a space built for authentic connection?

How do I explain that this is not just a weekend away — it is a threshold.
The facilitators who are coming, each carrying their own wisdom and medicine.
The land that will hold us. The nourishing food prepared with care. The ceremonies, the workshops, the campfire conversations, the moments of stillness and truth shared in community.

All of it has been intentionally woven together to create something powerful — a weekend that invites deep healing, real connection, and lasting transformation.

Facilitator Spotlight: Auroara Leigh

I am so excited to announce that Auroara Leigh will be joining us at the Thresholds: Into Authentic Relations Retreat.

Auroara brings a beautiful and powerful presence through her voice, poetry, and energy. She has a way of opening hearts and creating spaces where people feel both inspired and deeply connected.

Throughout the retreat, Auroara will be sharing her gifts during our nightly fireside gatherings, weaving music, words, and story into the magic of being together in community.

There is something timeless about gathering around a fire, sharing songs, stories, and laughter under the night sky — and Auroara carries a special gift for creating those moments.

Facilitator Spotlight: Cindy Chipchase

I met Cindy many years ago, and over time I’ve had the privilege of witnessing her grow into the incredible woman she is today. I have also experienced the ceremonies she holds—spaces filled with deep healing, reverence, and sacred presence.

Cindy has a beautiful way of guiding people inward, helping them reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within them.

At the Thresholds: Into Authentic Relations retreat, Cindy will be facilitating a session that opens space for you to connect with your root or womb center, bringing breath, awareness, and healing into that sacred place within.

As I continue to share about each of the facilitators and what they are bringing to this retreat, I keep finding myself thinking, “This is one not to be missed.” And this is truly another of those moments.

Have you ever had the experience of waking up and feeling like something so magical, so unique, and so exciting is just about to happen?

Well, that was me early this morning. I woke with a bone-deep excitement. What began as an inspired conversation around a fire — fragments of a dream — has slowly begun to come together. This retreat, this weekend of healing, is the culmination of that moment.

I am in awe of the amazing people who have stepped up and stepped in as teachers and guides: Cindy, Lexi, Auroara, Nina, Carla, Britt, and Clint. Each one is heart-centered, caring and magical in their own way, bringing their teachings, their connection, and their gifts of transformation.

And then there are the participants — those beautiful souls who have begun to reach out, connect, and register. People who have felt the draw to be part of something new, and yet something so very ancient.

There is a part of all of us that remembers the way we once connected in community — to be seen, supported, held, and loved. Times when we were connected not by screens, but by hands, by family, and by friendship.

This is what I know is being created at the Thresholds retreat: a space of deep remembering. An awakening within the cells of your body. The quiet yearning to connect — answered together, in community.

Be a part of this community... this unique weekend... Feel what it is to be seen, to be supported, to have safety in a space of beauty and healing.

We, each of us, deserve a place where we can pause, a place to breathe deeply and feel our own voice, our own strength, love and awareness of self become fully embodied.

Facilitator Spotlight: Carla Jans

I first met Carla at the Sacred Circles Festival last year and had the privilege of experiencing one of her offerings centered around our connection to water. It was a deeply inspiring experience.

Water is an element that is sacred — flowing around us, within us, and connecting all living things. Carla has a beautiful way of guiding people into relationship with this element, helping each person connect in a way that feels authentic, meaningful, and deeply personal.

Her presence is gentle, wise, and powerful.

I am truly excited to have Carla joining us as one of the facilitators for Thresholds: Into Authentic Relations this year. Another beautiful soul stepping into the circle and helping to co-create the magic of this weekend.

The moment has arrived…

The site is live. Applications are open.
And the very first Thresholds: Into Authentic Relations retreat is ready to welcome you this August.

This gathering began as a dream — a shared vision among like-minded souls who longed to create a space where men and women could come together to connect authentically, heal gently, and experience what it truly feels like to be held in safe, intentional community.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll be guided by an incredible team of gifted and seasoned facilitators — each bringing their own wisdom, lived experience, and unique medicine. From breathwork and somatic integration to sacred ceremony, elemental rituals, expressive arts, and heart-opening cacao, this retreat has been thoughtfully curated to support you in sliding deeper into yourself — safely and meaningfully.

We will co-create something lasting — a community painting, a seed mandala, a living symbol that carries forward into the year ahead.

Nourishing meals prepared by heart-led cooks. Songs and stories around the campfire. Morning movement and breath by the lake. Sacred space woven into every detail.

Facilitator Spotlight: Dr. Brittney Filipetti

We are beyond excited to welcome Brittney to Thresholds: Into Authentic Relations.

Brittney brings a grounded, heart-led presence and a deep understanding of the body’s innate wisdom. Through breath, somatic movement, and the chanting of the Yoga Sutras, she guides powerful release, integration, and embodied reconnection.

She will also be leading our Sacred Cacao Ceremony — holding a beautiful and intentional space to open the heart, soften barriers, and deepen connection within ourselves and with one another. Her facilitation creates a container that feels both safe and expansive.
