I just attended a fabulous online gathering of women in business led by the amazing coach: Matthew Learning and hosted by UNITE

The biggest gem for me was this idea that instead of needing to market oneself, one needs to market the product, the journey, the experience one is offering. And to believe that our offering will help people achieve the life they need and want.
Kristall Onee co-founder of UNITE has also said, "What is our why?"
What is our passion, what would we do even if we weren't paid?
All this helps to create the 'juice,' the passion, to keep going even when the going feels tough."!!!

This weekend I attended a powerful 'Altar of Love' Bhakti Yoga retreat at the beautiful home I share.
Thank you ĀNANDA DAS ~ ALTAR OF LOVE WEEKEND ~ PRESENTED BY UNITE

And I experienced a miracle!!! My parents crossed over many years ago and my brother two years ago, and this last Sunday during the powerful yoga session with the Goddess Kali I was able to say to my family: I Love you mum, I Love you dad, I Love you brother.....This is the kind of love that holds all the feelings

I didn't know about this kind of love.....!!!

And I just realized right now that this is called "Unconditional Love"!!

My passion is to support people with freeing themselves from their internal prisons. And in so doing, I keep freeing myself.
But being also human, I sometimes lose the keys to my prison cell. Some days I want someone to rescue me. I don't want to do the 'work' myself. On days like this I have fallen into my old ways of codependent thinking. I am alone, I have to do it, I am broken.....and I feel ashamed of my thinking. I feel scared.

And the smallest of things can shift me. A bird, a smile from a stranger, anything that helps me to soften with myself-even a tiny tiny bit.
I feel warmth creeping back into my body like a sunbeam. And I simply AM......
And maybe I need to be more tender with myself for the rest of the day
