So last night I had restless legs at bedtime. So I reached over and put 1 patch on each leg to help my aching legs 🥰
I’m so glad it helped and I didn’t have to take any for the restless.

I know when I get the restless legs means something is coming…. Can’t wait to try out these patches off my a girls monthly visited 🤣 and I get BAD cramps! FREEDOM patch came just in time.

Won’t stop… can’t stop 😊still going on this challenge.

Even marking who many days I go without the patches 😊 so it will be bery insteading to see the difference when my patches come.

Went to bed without these 2 the other night……. BAD Decision lol
Had the worst sleep in a long time and so weird dreams. Will NEVER forget to put these patches on for bedtime.

Last night I put on the PEACE & REM patches……. Wow I had the best sleep in a very long time.

Fell asleep quickly and stayed asleep till my alarm went off at 8am. It’s the weekend so it’s my sleep in time. But am I ever in shock on how my sleep was.

I’m the type that wakes up a long everytime I have to roll over and last night I don’t remember waking up at all when I had to roll over! 🥰🥰

Yay!!! Love mail day 🥰 can’t wait to try these on myself. I know the REM worked great on hunter and I can’t wait to put one on tonight….. I had a crappy sleep last night.

FREEDOM patch came just in time as well. I’ve been having this pain in the bottom of my foot in the arch. So I’m putting one on right away 🥰

Blue is PEACE and YELLOW is focus 😊

These patches have been doing great on hunter. We started them Thursday last week, I can’t wait to see how a full school week does for him.

We would have days where we would forget to take his meds. But since last Thursday, he has not taken any of them. And already he wakes up for school and is now always reminding me “ Mom I need my patches” I think he likes them too.

Always asking him how his day was when he gets home and tells me everyday. Good mom, I can’t believe I didn’t take my meds and I was able to focus ♥️

Warms my heart.

I have also noticed in the few days of school with the patches he is finally eating all his lunch and not coming home saying he is “hungry”. He use to eat from the time he waking in the house after school till supper and still be hungry before bed. Wow
