You’ll train in a small group environment, with personalized guidance and mentorship from experienced instructors who are there to support your progress every step of the way.

This is a hands-on experience. You won’t just observe, you’ll practice teaching throughout the program so you can build real confidence before you graduate.

As the days start to shift, it’s a good time to come back to your routine and reconnect with how you want to feel in your body.

Instructor’s Favourite Prop: The Pilates Ball ✨

Steph loves the Pilates ball for one simple reason: it creates just enough instability to wake everything up.

Placed under the pelvis, the ball challenges the body to stabilise from the centre. As you move through single leg extensions and add arm openings, the deep abdominals and obliques are asked to work harder to control the movement.

With the hips supported, it helps keep the back straining out of the equation, allowing you to truly focus on finding control, connection and strength in all the right places.

Something different coming to the studio this April.

We're hosting Dr. Olivia Kulchyk, ND, MSCP for an intimate evening — Perimenopause & Menopause 101: What Your Body Wants You to Know.

Perimenopause is having a moment. But not everything is perimenopause — and even when it is, the conversation deserves to go deeper than what you've seen in your feed. Dr. Olivia brings a grounded, evidence-based perspective that actually helps women understand what's happening in their bodies and what they can do about it.

If you've been looking for a real conversation about this transition, this is it.

We aim to have trusted knowledge more accessible, empowering women to better understand and support their health. This is a sliding scale event ($5-$55) with all proceeds going to the Native Women’s Resource Centre of Toronto (NWRCT). Founded in 1985, NWRCT provides a safe, welcoming space for Indigenous women and their children across Toronto and the GTA. You can learn more about them at: nwrct.ca.
