Great advice from one of my favourite yoga teachers ❤️

Breathing…it’s what we do all day and night, every day. We don’t even think about it and it’s just happening. Like this quote suggests, if we switch our attention to following the breath, this will in turn, pull our attention away from the thoughts that are tumbling away in our mind. Then maybe for just a moment you will experience some space. Sounds beautiful! Who knows what you can do with a pause in the thoughts, the possibilities are endless 😌
