Ready to start a family?! Here are a few things to consider πŸ‘‡πŸ½

🍼 Preparing the body for pregnancy should be considered before starting a family, ideally 3-6 months before conception, especially if you were on birth control.

🍼 Diet, lifestyle, environment and reducing exposure to toxins should all be considered. These factors can impact fertility, prenatal health, nursing, and general wellbeing of mom and baby.

🍼 BOTH partners should be involved in pre-conception preparation.

Infertility more commonly stems from the woman because the female reproductive system is more complex, but it can be from either partner or both.

When hormones 🧬 are out of whack πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’« , any of the necessary steps to a successful pregnancy can be affected. 🀰🏻

Low estrogen πŸ‘‰πŸ½ light menstrual flow, failure to ovulate, lining too thin to nourish an embryo

Factors that affect the production of stomach acid:

πŸ‘‰πŸΌ chronic stress
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ a poor diet

Your gonna want one of these bad boys,...EASTER CRACK! 🐰 This recipe features salted almond crackers layered with toffee, chocolate and your choice of fun Easter toppings.

What makes them addicting?! The combination of sweet and salty! πŸ˜‹

Ingredients

🌷Simple Mills salted almond crackers (enough to fill a cookie sheet)
🌷1 cup grass-fed butter
🌷1 cup coconut sugar
🌷2 cups white chocolate chips or vanilla melting chocolate
🌷micro mini eggs, pastel sprinkles, nuts (walnuts is what I had on hand) etc. for toppings

Instructions

1) Pre-heat oven to 400F
2) Line a baking sheet w/ parchment paper & even rows of crackers without over lapping
3) In a medium pot, melt butter & coconut sugar over low heat. Once the butter is melted, turn the heat up to med-high & stir constantly until it turns into a thick, bubbly syrup. Remove from heat & pour over crackers. Use a spatula to spread the mixture & to evenly coat the crackers.
4) Place baking sheet in oven and bake for 8-10 min. Meanwhile, melt white chocolate ships or vanilla melting chocolate according to package directions.
5) Remove baking sheet from oven and pour melted white chocolate over top. Use a spatula to spread it evenly over the toffee. Then top with toppings.
6) Place baking sheet in the fridge of freezer for 20-30 mins. to allow toffee and chocolate to harden. Once it is completely hard throughout, remove and break into small pieces to enjoy!

πŸ‘‰πŸ½Eating seasonally is IMPORTANT first for providing the right type of fuel to protect us from the climate as our environment provides the best foods to support our health and keep us in balance.

🌸 SPRING is a time of purification, healing, and rejuvenation and is a great time to do a whole reevaluation of our health program and create a new one, incorporating whatever changes seem necessary.
