LAUNDRY STRIPPING! This reminder came up from a couple years ago! You’ll want to SAVE this one for later & SHARE this one with all your friends once you actually do this! 🤢

Alright, this idea of ‘stripping’ laundry kept popping up so yesterday I put it to the test and the results were truly horrifying. Truly.

Here’s what I did:

Fill bath tub with hot water and the following:
➕ 1 cup washing soda (available on Amazon or you can make your own by heating up Baking Soda. Google it. )
➕ 1 Tbsp of thieves laundry soap
➕ 3 capfuls of thieves cleaner
➕ 15 drops of DIGIZE
Mix it up and put your already CLEAN (out of the washing machine) sheets or towels etc in the tub and soak for 4 hours, agitating 1 x per hour.

Then wash as usual in the washer.
My Sheets & Duvet felt so clean and fresh afterward!

Ben is currently dealing with a fever and feeling unwell. It's important to remember that fevers are a natural response by our bodies to fight off infections. They can bring on intense body aches, but we can take comfort in the effectiveness of Cool Azul Pain Cream. Additionally, I've learned that adding calcium citrate to juice can help replenish calcium levels depleted during a fever which can also ease/ ward off some of the aches.

Also, mamas, as hard as it is to see our littles in discomfort, let not be so quick to give them fever suppressants. Let's not fear fevers; they're a part of our body's defense mechanism. God designed our bodies wisely. I’ll have to do a post later on fevers. 🥰

“I’m going to assume most of you are using commercial toothpastes from the department store..

Even though we don’t swallow toothpaste, we put it in our mouths…which are highly vascular & absorbent, so all that’s in your toothpaste eventually makes its way into your bloodstream.

As a Dental Hygienist that has 15 years experience, this infuriates me that certain companies are allowed to get away with garbage ingredients in your oral hygiene products.

I am so grateful that Young Living has this natural whitening toothpaste, it’s still minty, still effective without the junk! The ingredients list is amazing for a natural toothpaste (it even has Calcium Hydroxyapatite in it which is basically the building blocks of enamel & I don’t know any other toothpaste on the shelf that has that ingredient in it -It also contains Xylitol which is a GREAT natural alternative to fluoride for its anti-cavity property’s. AND I should mention, Young Living also has one for the kids. There is no better time to ditch the toxic toothpastes & switch to a safe & chemical free option like Young Living’s!

I’ve been using this toothpaste myself for 4 years now & my sensitivity is gone!
