When I was in my 20s I was gaining weight eating chocolate-chip cookies; so I ditched the cookies and started eating just semi-sweet chocolate-chips (20) = I lost weight. 🤷♀️
I LOVE BUTTER! Now that I'm (was) Pre-Diabetic, instead of eating buttered popcorn or cinnamon buns, I just eat butter! = It's working for me... 👍
Eating/melting it on a 3-day clear-liquid fast will fast-track you to ketosis. 🙏 Amen to that!
