Good morning! Let’s discuss Water. We all need to consume more water…..having a hard time? Think about switching to hot / warm water. I find hot water aids in digestion of food, warms you up and is inexpensive. Throw in a cinnamon stick, bay leaf, or any tea ball or bag. Just keep adding more hot water throughout the day.

Good morning everyone! Spring has sprung on the farm with new babies. The first spring market is April 9 at the Roadway Agriplex. There is no ATM and internet is somewhat difficult. Lots of vendors and assortment of goods are available. Come on down!

Good day! Made some Oil of Gilead, which is Aspen sticky buds soaked in oil, in a sealed jar. After a few months, I have strained the oil, heated and mixed it with melted beeswax. Added some Calendula butter and made a fine lip balm. The natural smell is like the forest after a spring rain!
