🗓️ Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 4:15 PM – 8:30 PM
🗓️ Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
🗓️ Saturday–Sunday: 8:15 AM – 1:00 PM

Children aged 6 weeks to 12 years are welcome. Enjoy your workout knowing your kids are in good hands!
