What if a painting could hold a soul? 🌌

This piece carries my client’s mother’s ashes. It’s a sprinkle of her physical remains and love woven into colour + texture.

Why keep ashes stored away in an urn when you can SEE them, FEEL them, and honor them every day?

I don’t take creating this work lightly. It’s truly an honour beyond words. Art that holds legacy and a soul reminds us that even when someone has passed - their light, spirit, + story can be celebrated into something tangible and beautiful!

I’m still glowing from last night’s Sparkling Canvases Workshop ✨

Thank you for showing up! Not only for me to share a workshop that’s near and dear to my heart, and an extension of the art I love creating, but more importantly - for you!

For carving out time in your busy schedules to reconnect with your inner creative, to play with colour, texture and self-expression.

It really is about the little moments..

The quiet pauses.
The laughter from across the room.
The way the sun shines through the trees.
The deep breath that brings you back to yourself.

My girl Kara and I sat on my patio this weekend talking about ‘synchronicities’ as I don’t believe there’s such thing as coincidences.

These are the threads that weave our days into something a little more.. magical.

With the power of practicing presence (thank you breathwork, meditation, nature, dancing, journaling, creating art + plant medicines). Speaking of plant medicines, funny thing is I no longer have a desire or need them to slow down to pause and notice the details or whispers anymore. Not all, but most days I feel like I walk around high on life and can appreciate the texture of the bark on a tree or the sound of a plane flying above me, without any substance.

It’s taken a couple ego deaths for me to realize life isn’t about the milestones, it’s about how present you can be to capture the whispers.. 🪶

Transformation ain’t always pretty, but it’s POWER-FULL. 🙌🏻

After Bryanna’s very first breathwork journey, she didn’t feel amazing.

And that’s the part no one talks about..

Healing can stir things up before it settles you into peace.

I respect her for trusting the process.
She showed up again for a 1:1 session.
We integrated, grounded her nervous system and kept breathing, even through the shadowy moments.

And wow… the growth I’ve witnessed in this woman is 👏🏻🙏

More self-love.
More self-trust.
Learning to honour her boundaries.
From heavy to lighter.

This work can make you feel amazing, but isn’t always easy.
I know firsthand.

Now coaching and watching lives shift in front of me makes the foggy, uphill moments I’ve endured worth it!

It’s one thing to transform a space with art…
It’s another to witness a life transform.

I’m so honoured to do work people call mind blowing. 🤯🤍

Playing in the Sand 🤍

Creating this series took me back to one of my very first childhood memories. It was at my childhood home under our deck was a massive sandbox I would play in for hours, mark-making with just a simple stick.

The textures here let me tap into that playful energy, where creating was purely explorative and fun. My inner child could run free.

Shall I explore more of these? Perhaps add sand right into them? 🐚🤎
