Loving yourself isn’t always easy. Some days, it feels natural to appreciate who we are, and other days, it can feel unattainable.

Overthinking—we’ve all been there!
The way we think has a huge impact on how we feel. Anxious thoughts? They often lead to more anxiety.
That’s why learning to challenge those thoughts is so powerful (even if it tough at times). 💙

Here are some tips:
Focus on Facts: Ask, 'What do I know for sure right now?"

Name the Feeling: Recognize the thought and say, 'This is my anxiety talking."

Pause & Breathe: Take a deep breath and ground yourself in the present moment.

Remember, you’re not alone—Isabelle and Lauren are here to help you through it. 🌟

The holidays can be great, but let’s be real—they can also be a lot. 🎄 Now it’s time to exhale and give yourself permission to recover.

A gentle reminder:
✨ Rest is not laziness—it’s healing.
✨ You don’t have to “bounce back” overnight.
✨ Prioritize your mental health like the gift it is.

Whether that looks like setting boundaries, journaling, taking a long walk, or simply doing nothing at all, lean into what feels best for you. đź’™

You’re not alone!

Even those who typically love the holidays can experience the blues during this hectic season. The holidays often bring heightened emotions and increased demands, leaving many feeling stressed and exhausted.

It’s important not to judge or shame yourself if you’re not enjoying the season as much as you feel you “should.” Instead, show yourself compassion and take time to check in with your own needs.💙

What does self-isolation look like?

Everybody needs solitude from time-to-time to relax and get some rejuvenation. Self/social isolation is referring to the times that our solitude becomes unhealthy and/or unwanted.

Some clues that you may be social isolating can look like:
-> Avoiding social interactions, including those that were once enjoyable.
-> Cancelling plans frequently with people we have a healthy relationship with.
-> Experiencing anxiety or panic when thinking about social interactions.
-> Feeling distress during periods of solitude.
-> Spending large amounts of time alone or with extremely limited contact with others.

Remember, you are not alone on this journey.đź’™

Seeking therapy is a sign of strength, not weakness. It is an act of self-care and empowerment.

With the weather getting cold, it's normal to want to bundle up and stay inside.

But let's make sure the cold doesn't isolate us.

Make sure you're still getting some warmth from the supports in your life. That may look like friends, family, practitioners and self-care.

Remember, you are not alone in this journey đź’™
