During a Reiki session the recipient will lay or sit in a relaxed position, remaining fully clothed. e the Reiki practitioner will lay their hands on Chakra points ( energy centers of the body ) on the recipients body. Reiki is considered a pain free noninvasive treatment, every individual comes away with a different experience. Most Reiki recipients report feeling deeply relaxed, some report feeling heat, tingling or coolness during their session.
