✨ Sacred Feather Workshop ✨
What a beautiful and powerful experience of creativity, connection, healing, and self-care. 💛
During our Sacred Feather Workshop, participants were invited to slow down, reflect, create, and reconnect with themselves through intuitive art and mindful expression. Each feather became a unique symbol of personal healing, hope, strength, and inner light.
These workshops are more than art sessions — they are nurturing wellness experiences designed to encourage self-compassion, emotional release, creativity, and meaningful connection with others.
Thank you to everyone who shared their energy and beautiful creations. Watching each sacred feather come to life was truly inspiring. 🪶✨
Remember:
Take time for yourself.
Lead with love.
Honour your healing.
And never underestimate the power of creativity for the soul.
If you or someone you know could benefit from this uplifting experience, I invite you to join a future workshop through BoutonArt.com 💫

I invite you this spring April 18-May 3, 2026 to come see my "Small Objects, Big Stories" exhibit at the Dawson Trail Museum! What story can a button tell? I've collected for more than 28 years, antique and vintage buttons- tiny objects that have travelled through generations, fashion, trade and history. I will be sharing various collections of these remarkable treasures alongside my mixed media artwork in a museum exhibit.

Buttons carry history and spirit-from the clothing it fastened to the lives it quietly witnessed. This exhibit explores the fascinating world of buttons alongside my mixed media artwork where creative expression, art, history and storytelling meet. Boutonart.com/exhibit

LOOK at these amazing sacred feathers! These were painted by different individuals who attended my Meditative Creative Painting workshop before the holidays. This session is not about learning to paint but allowing the paint guide you through meditative creative painting techniques. This is a great workshop for anyone wanting to take time out for self care or to help reduce stress, anxiety or depression. If you are interested in knowing about how to register for my workshops leave me a comment and I’ll reach out privately.
