Rehab Plus Pilates Studio Rehab Plus Pilates Studio is a medium size Pilates studio equipped with Balanced body Rialto reformers.

We offer small group reformer & mat pilates, private and duet reformer pilates by our certified Pilates instructor, and Gyrotonic® by our apprenticeship. We also provide pelvic floor physiotherapy and scoliosis treatment by our physiotherapist.

不少人走進健身房,專注加重量、做次數、追求爆發力。這些訓練確實能幫助建立力量與提升運動表現。
但很多時候,最重要的一環卻被忽略了 —— 核心穩定與動作控制。
當核心力量不足時,進行硬舉、槓鈴臥推等高負荷動作,身體容易動用錯誤肌肉代償,讓腰椎承受過多壓力,長遠更可能增加受傷風險。
真正的力量,不只是舉得更重,而是擁有穩定的身體基礎。
當腰椎與胸椎足夠穩定,身體才能把力量有效地傳遞到四肢,做出更安全、更有力的動作。
而這正是 Pilates 的訓練重點。
