📌 What is “Table Top”?
“Table Top” is a Pilates basic to fire up your core.
✔️ Lie on the mat, keeping your lower back in a neutral position
✔️ Lift your legs and keep them together
✔️ Bend your knees to about 90°, with your shins parallel to the floor
💭Think of your shins as the tabletop, and your knees to pelvis as the table legs.
A stable table keeps the coffee from spilling ☕️
A stable core keeps your movement controlled.

📌教練常說的 Table Top,其實是什麼?
Table Top 是常用的基礎姿勢,用來啟動與鍛鍊核心。
✔️躺在墊上,下背維持中立位(保持自然微弧)
✔️雙腳抬起併攏,收緊核心
✔️膝蓋彎曲約90度,小腿與地面平行
💭想像小腿是桌面,從膝蓋到骨盆就是桌腳。
「桌子」夠穩,咖啡才不會灑出來;核心夠穩,才能好好控制身體。
