The dating process can be really anxiety provoking, especially if you’ve had some negative experiences in the past.

I always want you to remember that if things feel like they’re moving too quickly, you ALWAYS have the ability to communicate that and readjust to a pace that feels better for you🛑.

You might be like well Sam, what if the other person doesn’t want to go at my pace or ignores my boundaries??

🚨If someone doesn’t respect your boundaries or feelings during the dating phase this is a HUGE red flag 🚩 and you may want to consider if this is someone you want to continue dating.

📝 Whats your why? Try to focus on feelings rather than an end result.

📝 What time of the day do you have the most energy?

📝 What does your schedule look like on a regular basis? Try not to be too idealistic with your planning.

📝 Are there smaller steps you can build on? This will help with motivation.

📝 How frequent are you going to engage in this new routine (daily, monthly, etc.)?
