🎆Ring in the New Year with all the elegance of a classic champagne cocktail but without alcohol, thanks to the delicious fizzy Italian soda instead of sparkling wine 🥂

To make 1 serving:
Chill a champagne flute and all liquid ingredients in the fridge for several hours before making the drink. When you’re ready, pour 2½ oz (75 mL) Panache Ginger Beer and ¾ oz (22 mL) lime juice into the flute. Top with 4 oz (120 mL) Panache Sicilian Lemonade and 1 oz (30 mL) Panache Ginger Beer. Drop a dark cherry into the flute and garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy!

What's on your list?


Korean-inspired maple glazed ham – It’s the holiday main you did not know you needed! Spiral Cut Ham gets roasted and basted in gochujang and maple glaze, finished with a garnish of sliced green onions and sesame seeds. It’s truly a festive masterpiece 👌.

Here’s what you’ll need 🛒:
• 4 kg Panache Spiral Cut Ham
• 1/3 cup Gochujang chili paste
• 1/3 cup maple syrup
• 2 tbsp fish sauce
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• 1/8 tsp each salt and pepper
• 1/4 cup finely sliced green onions
• 2 tbsp finely chopped sushi ginger
• 1 tbsp lightly toasted sesame seeds

Here’s what you’ll do👨‍🍳:

Step 1
Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F). Line a roasting pan or large baking dish with parchment paper or foil. Unwrap ham and place in pan/dish with flat cut-end down. (The included glaze packet will not be required for this recipe.)
Step 2
In a bowl, mix a chili-maple glaze with the gochujang chili paste, maple syrup, fish sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Lightly brush the glaze on the ham and in between the spiral cuts. There will be leftover glaze for basting.
Step 3
Bake ham according to package directions, 15 to 20 min per lb. Baste with glaze every 30 min.
Step 4
Remove ham from the oven. Glaze one last time. Loosely tent with foil; let rest 10 min. Transfer ham to serving platter. Garnish with green onions, sushi ginger and sesame seeds to serve.
Tip : Cover ham with foil if glaze gets too dark towards end of cooking.

How do you keep your munch game strong?


Fun to make and fun to serve, these melted snowman ⛄ cookies are the tastiest winter treats that are ready to be enjoyed in just a few easy steps!
What you’ll need 🛒:
• 12 sugar cookies (pre-made or use this recipe)
• 2 cups royal icing
• 6 marshmallows, cut in half
• Orange gel food colouring
• Compliments Candy Jelly Beans for buttons
• black gel food colouring

What you’ll do 👨‍🍳:

Step 1
Take 1/2 cup of your royal icing and dye it black using black food colouring. Once you reach your desired shade of black, thin to 15 second consistency. Add to piping bag and snip off a small tip.
Step 2
Thin remaining white icing to 10 second consistency and add to a piping bag, snipping off a small tip.
Step 3
Frost cookies with white icing allowing it to drip over the sides.
Step 4
Immediately add cut marshmallow towards the back of the cookie. Add M&Ms/colourful jellybean buttons and then pipe black stick arms "floating" out away from the head while icing is still wet.
Step 5
Allow the cookies to set for 20-30 minutes before decorating the face with two eyes and a surprised 'O' for a mouth. Use some leftover white icing to attach the orange sprinkle nose.
