It starts with connection.
Connection with yourself, your power, your true nature, your spirit. Connection with others, Mother Nature, and the Great Devine. Connection is the answer to addiction. Connection is the answer to loneliness. Connection is the answer to anxiety, depression, illness, and disease. Connection is the answer.

Disconnection is an illusion. We are never not connected. We are connected to all that is, all that was and all that will ever be.
We need to remember because when we all get this, we save the planet!
