5 HOPS A DAY
We were learning about the pathologies around decreased bone density in lectures this past week and our prof mentioned the benefits of just 5 hops a day. I figure I’d throw in a few extra reasons and have really been enjoying incorporating bounds and bouncing on my non weight training days.
