I started making my products just for me and a few close friends and family a few years ago. I’ve always enjoyed being a “maker” of things, and I love being able to see my efforts turn into a finished product that I’m proud of.
But what’s really fuelled my passion for herbalism and natural healing, is seeing how people’s lives can change for the better. I took control of my health about 3 years ago, and started actually listening to my body, being more aware of what I was putting in my body and more aware of the things that I was exposing my body to. Best choices I could’ve made.
Incorporating more natural products into your daily or weekly routine doesn’t have to be overwhelming, and it certainly doesn’t have to be costly. I usually tell people,
“Just go for what really resonates with you.”
If you’re trying to cut back on caffeine, perhaps experimenting with herbal tea blends would help with the transition. Suffering from Restless Legs at nights, but taking Magnesium upsets your stomach? Magnesium Lotion might be just what you need. I keep my prices low for two main reasons. The first being, anyone can make these products. Furthermore, I think more people should try their hands at making their own! The process of making something with your own two hands is rewarding on a deeply personal level. The second reason is, I LOVE creating things, and I LOVE seeing the positive impacts my creations can have on the lives of others! I want you to be able to live a more comfortable, harmonious life, with less toxic ingredients in your regular environment. We should all want that for one another.
