Ready to cook, learn, and enjoy a delicious meal in a fun, supportive environment? We’re teaming up with Innovative Community Support Services to offer 2.5-hour, hands-on cooking classes led by Registered Dietitian Tatiana Hunt.

✨ Each class explores a new wellness topic and gives you practical nutrition tips you can actually use - plus you’ll cook alongside others and enjoy what you make!

Our Postnatal Mat Pilates Series with Allison is designed to help you safely rebuild your deep core and pelvic floor, reconnect with your body, and regain strength for everyday life - lifting, carrying, and eventually returning to exercise with confidence.

Over 6 progressive weeks, you’ll focus on breath, stability, posture, and controlled strength in a supportive environment where movements are layered to meet you exactly where you are.

After such an amazing turnout and overwhelmingly positive feedback from our 2025 workshop series, we’re so excited to return with all NEW topics for 2026 led by our Registered Dietitian, Tatiana Hunt!

These sessions are practical, approachable, and packed with tools you can start using right away. 💚
