At age 54 there is no more doubt or overthinking any challenge for me anymore.

It was 4 weeks of utterly intense and sometimes gut-wrenching resistance I was holding within to face head on like the menopause that has just umm, ahh, er, graced my days. Tinges of of self-doubt in this journey to not only explore my physical, but my emotional and mental realm too. All-in-all remaining in touch with my vessel, this absolutely incredible flesh machine that I feed, dress, touch, and employ to keep me moving.

My 200 level Yoga Teacher training was a brilliant exercise in love, perserverance, healing, comraderie, and Divine Trust.

Excavating like a soul archaeologist my own Akashic Record along with digging up gleanings with others, facilitating and gaining from the healing in Chakradance, and following my own personal numerology along with clients to understand their numbers and their vibrational influence has been a path I have travelled and continue to embark on. All-in-all I can ascertain absolutely the profound meaning doing the yoga training had for my soul.

Just going with the flow and meeting where your participants are at is something both Gillian and I pride ourself on doing.

We had our two lovely women not able to make our bigger group session and so we did a two-on-two session at the house.

When you do a smaller session the sharing can be just as deep and resoundingly healing as in the bigger group.

Our Chakradance Freedom 9-week series has come to a close with our last Integration session.

A fabulous way to bring on Spring knowing these 11 women we had in the group have had greater empowerment and self-discovery in their individual experiences.

Chakradance Freedom Week 9: Integration

Our group comes to a close.

After 9 weeks we can say we were guides in the process of: sharing, laughter, tears, chants, meditations, guided dance, mandala art work, increased body awareness, deepened connection to humanity and all living things.

Our sacred container is closed on this series for the time being.

Gillian in her wise, humourous and kind demeanour is seen as she navigated with nurturance the group into their respective spiritual homes for our last dance.

A night of wholeness and the main group theme was “I am enough!”

Our Chakradance Freedom Week 8

The Crown Chakra💜

The shares have deepened as well as the bonds of the group for all 11 members.

It was all about exploring our spiritual homes and discovering what spirituality means to the group as individuals on this Earthly experience.

We explored as group: laughs, tears, memories, dreams, ancestors, guides, unsettledness, contentment, hopes, aggravations, wishes, and visions all in one session come forth. All aspects of living that just part of the human experience. All temporary.

A deep time of - connectivity that was a group theme.

The glass art moon for hanging in a window as expertly crafted by Allie (Byron’s niece) in her studio by . We were able to offer one of these to each participant as a gift of remembering the Crown Chakra.

The AUM symbol, the lotus flower, angels, and shares from the group of their own crystals and pictured adorned our alter.

Pure lovliness.

Our set-up this week to stimulate the group - we changed our alter to the other end of the room. We opened up the dance space for our participants to see and experience a new reality.

Gill guided the group later on through the guided mediation dance and main dance. It is an experience this week where the dancers had much free-flow to follow their own intuition.

A journey of opening and exploration that was to help unblock, balance, and illuminate inner guidance.

Open up your Throat 🗣💙Chakra, Anyone?
Week 6: Chakradance FREEDOM Series

We had a fantastic experience this week after moving from the Heart Chakra into the Throat. Our pictures pre-Chakradance are of Gill and I. We are proud of our "unique" expressions. Our altars always reflect the combination of our energies. They include items from our homes as well as from family and friends who have begun to see our love of the dance and also what it has helped with their lives. We even have people donating little gifts for our altar. So appreciated and very special for us.

We as a group shared so much in exploring concepts such as clarity, expression, creativity and joy.

Our precious group time feels very sacred. This week we loved and honoured our throat chakras in a multitude of ways:

💙Giving ourselves permission to primal scream (to release the day). That could mean a whisper or a full out roar.
💙Practicing our bija seed HUM for the Throat Chakra from the ChakraDance "Mantra Dance" Series.
💙Sending group healing to a member in our circle who is ill.
💙Savouring our throats and offering love and appreciation for the land that hosts our Chakradance events by sharing a drink of "Grapple Juice"(grape and apple!) grown right on the Sanctuary grounds. Byron, my love, came out with our blue cups and our juice jug and we all shared together in a laugh and a cheers to each other!
💙 Giving love, honouring, and permission for each member to have their own voices in sharing their completed and personally meaningful mandala art creations.
💙Dancing and also finding their voice in the guided dance which opened up the throat chakras further with voicing words of meaning and importance to each participant's personal journey.

We also dabbled around with different drums and sounds which of course added to the vibration of the triumphant THROAT CHAKRA.

At this point in the Freedom Series we are receiving a great deal of positive feedback about the changes and shifts that are happening in the group's lives and in their families.

That statement above is why we do what we do.

Life is your creative playground if you can discover your inner voice as these brave and incredible souls are harmoniously doing each week. Sometimes it is not neat and pretty, it is messy and unclear - but that is this thing called life.

All things are possible with love, clarity, and communication✨...

Week 5 - Chakradance Freedom Healing Journey

💚The Heart Chakra🩷

Gillian and I bowing together at our Heart Chakras as we prepare for this special evening of the bridge chakra linking the upper and lower chakra system.

Our altar included items from participants, Kwan Yin, the element of air, sprinklings of the forest, and all aspects of celebration and honour of the heart.

Participants were guided by Gillian to move with curiosity and care into the dance, the art, meditations, and sharing of their heart space. Blocks, fears, joys, possibilities, and the unconscious to the conscious was opened up.

Solar Fire Sunrise.❤️🧡💛

Synchronicity and continued work with the Solar Plexus just keeps presenting itself to me.

The Freedom Chakradance series this week had a focus on the 3rd Chakra - in Sanskrit the name is Manipura.

I take this gift of witnessing these colours of fire in the sky to demonstrate the vastness of this radiant☀️and rich chakra. One that when balanced can encourage boundaries, bravery, and self-confidence.
