Gratitude is one of the simplest, and most powerful tools we use in therapy 🌿

Not because it ignores the hard things, but because it helps gently shift our focus. When we take time to notice what’s going well (even small things), it can help reduce stress, improve mood, and build resilience over time.

Research consistently shows that practicing gratitude can:

Our team of Registered and Provisional Psychologists offers comprehensive assessments, including Autism, ADHD, psychoeducational, learning disability, cognitive/IQ, behavioural, emotional, and social-emotional evaluations.

Each clinician has their own areas of focus and advanced training. In addition, our team provides specialized support in: Polyvagal-informed therapy & EMDR, pet grief and loss, sports psychology, military & first responder care, play therapy, sand tray therapy, school-based support, couples therapy, ADHD coaching, CBT-I for sleep, anxiety and depression, and vocational/work-related concerns.
