I’m not sure if it was the stormy weather or just getting older but for the first time, I reached out for my magnesium butter during a leg workout.

My left knee was throbbing and it was difficult to engage the muscles I needed to work. I should mention that it’s the knee I’ve injured over 10 years ago in a scooter accident.

After a quick application I went through my workout, and noticed that the stiffness and pain in my knee was significantly reduced. The magnesium butter seemed to provide a gentle, sustained relief, allowing me to move more freely and complete my exercises without constant discomfort.

By the end of the session, my knee felt better than it had all day. While I know it's not a miracle, the magnesium butter provided enough relief to keep me active and motivated. It's now a staple in my post-workout routine, a simple yet effective addition that makes a noticeable difference!
