I’ve just finished reading this book again…and I visit chapters of it here and there. It has shaped me as a person and parent. The dismantling of deeply embedded conditioning and reactivity is a VERY hard thing to do, especially in challenging moments with your children. This book has helped my brain take that second to pause before speaking. To “wake up” in an essence. Not every time, but sometimes and that’s a big win for my kids and myself. ❤️
