It's been a long day today at my main job (main job for the moment) and my front delts are a bit burned out, but today is workout day!
Gonna still do my chest and biceps but gonna lower the volume a bit via reduction of weight and removing few sets by removing 1 exercise from my chest.

Something is always better then nothing, you don't have to throw the whole workout into the bin, you can make adjustments based on overall feeling.
There are days you should push yourself, but you have to be mindful especially if your job is physical and puts food on the table.

I think it's is important to understand and I think people understand more now, how it isn't just bread but the food industry.

I would say that saying activity isn't a major impact of what is happening to people and the increase in all issues people are having.
Being less active will have a major impact on you regardless of the food in my opinion.

A part of the final chest / back workout for 2025!
In the process of either buying myself a power cage with safety's or add the safety handles to this rack, though I worry with counter weight.
The reason for why I feel I need to upgrade is mainly because when I re-watches my last set for bench for the 1 rep it looked easier then it felt in my head and I probably could have pulled two more reps if I had a spotter, which I don't most times.
So it's hard to max on certain things without having the safety, it's easy to get in your head sometimes in regards to how the set feels.
With that said, I felt like I could get more by doing a drop set.

The pace for rows was a bit faster then I like doing but was a bit short on time.

A few extra exercises that would be more comfortable to perform annndddd... Progressive overload.

There's a few more different ways to set that up and I'll try em all.
This is until the point I decided to get a full power rack with a built in pulley system and lat pull down.

Trying to give a good example and I'm very happy she wants to join without me saying anything.

I will be honest she is the star here and I am barely surviving... Kept the video short with a couple of sets less, but... It's a bit under 100lbs and I was absolutely dying.
I dunno if it's the fact I've been super sick for a week and then kiddo was sick with 39+ fever and that on top of lack of sleep and everything, that day felt like it was over 200lbs on that bar!
Either way I'm just happy I got a workout in when all I wanted was to crawl in a hole and sleep lol.

Some home cooking, except the soup, the soup is from Tim's but it's really good lol, even sick kiddo approves.

Trying your best to cook at home is one of the best ways to progress in your goal.
Obviously you can do it eating outside if done a proper fashion, but if you trying to limit expenses, home is the way to go.
