❓ Some questions for you:
👉 When entering the pose, where do you feel the most stretch?
👉 How do the arms function differently in each pose?
👉 How does the spine adjust in each position?
👉 Are you practicing the right pose for your body?

✨ A few hints:
✅ Which pose requires a focus on relaxation and stretching along the posterior chain, with the assistance of the arms?
