I just took the first step to living a longer, healthier life and I can’t wait to be feeling my very best!

It’s safe, test based and it’s been in Europe for 20 years already. There have been over 1.5 million tests done to date and it’s time for us to take our health into our own hands!

I’m beyond excited and absolutely thrilled to finally kick off this incredible community for rural women over 35! Heart & Soul Rural Circle is your go-to place to connect, share, and dive into the topics that light you up! Whether you’re seeking support, inspiration, or opportunities for meaningful engagement, you’re in the right place!

In our Heart & Soul Rural Circle meetings, we will explore a wide array of empowering topics designed to inspire and connect us. We’ll dive into personal growth and self-confidence, share health and wellness strategies, and practice mindfulness techniques for stress management. We’ll touch on financial literacy and explore the joys of gardening and sustainability. Meetings will be available both virtually and in person, providing flexibility for all participants to engage in enriching discussions and transformative experiences that foster personal development and connection!
