We have one life to live. Take care of yourself! Love yourself, protect yourself, cherish the healthy body AND mind you have because life can be a journey! But at the end of the day… make your own dopamine and just live one day at a time!

My health is not easy and when I go out and have fun, I go back home in chronic pain…. But you know what, the wonderful people and things that surround me make it all worth while!

Just because I’m sick it doesn’t mean I Don’t deserve to see a beautiful view like this!

Spirits lead me to this beautiful location and o full of gratitude 🙏 !

Dealing with chronic pain, PTSD, separation and cancer has definitely put a toll on my mental health.

One thing that has kept me alive is definitely creativity. I’m slowly training my brain to go to creating when I feel like my depression is getting too intense or I feel my anxiety is going over board I turn to my beads and semi precious stones and just start making necklaces or bracelets.

I’ve always been creative! But some things got hard for me, simply because of lack of energy or my mental health talking me into hiding myself I stopped my photography, my social media content creation and even listening to music.

Making was perfect because it aloud me to work from my bed and be creative while healing and going through my cancer and mental health treatments.

If you are dealing with depression , anxiety or PTSD you can always DM me. A total zone, I’m hear you listen to you, I might now have the answers or the ability to heal you but I can always listen.
