I can give you advice. I can try to help you. You can pray to GOD almighty. HE can open the doors. You still need to do your part. You still need to walk through the door. I cannot help someone unless they are ready to do their part. GOD also helps those who help themselves. When nothing changes, it is because YOU and YOU alone decided not to do what needed to be done.

Je peux te donner des conseils. Je peux essayer de t’aider. Tu peux prier Dieu le Tout-Puissant. Lui peut ouvrir les portes. Mais tu dois quand même faire ta part. Tu dois quand même franchir la porte.
Je ne peux pas aider quelqu’un qui n’est pas prêt à faire sa part. Dieu aide aussi ceux qui s’aident eux-mêmes.
Quand rien ne change, c’est parce que toi, et toi seul, as décidé de ne pas faire ce qui devait être fait.
