I come up with ideas and implement them daily for my clients but on my socials, I never know what to say or how to say it!

As a result of flying from the Southern Hemisphere to the Northern Hemisphere during the 2023 to 2024 transition, I have spent the first week of 2024 basically in bed! I must have caught something during my 4-day travel journey.

I had self-care plans, house plans, cooking plans, self-employed plans and netflix plans!

All my plans fell through.... but I am trying to stay positive as each day I feel the illness slowly leaving my mind and body!

Here's to better days and weeks !

Welcome to 2024!
This is me declaring to the world that I am going to post more on socials this year!

Thanks to for keeping me accountable and supplying the necessary tools

Some other goals I have this year are
- Finish my external (from the house) office building which is essential for my neurospicy brain

- Networking events. I started searching in 2023 but didn't attend any

- Do a once a month work session in a public setting. As a non coffee drinker I feel weird sitting in a coffee shop all day! But an important step for my mental health
