A Friendly yet IMPORTANT reminder to ALL my clients .evolutionmedispa!

We charge 100% of the service cost for no show appointments (This is time that I have set up and prepared to be ready for you and give you 100% of my time).

As a small business when clients no show it takes business away from us and leaves an empty spot where someone else could have booked

For last minute cancellations (limited conditions apply) we charge 50% of the service cost as this gives us NO TIME to book someone else in to fill the empty appointment time.

Please be on time for your appointments, 5-10 minutes early is optimal and gives us time to settle in and finish your appointment in a timely manner without rushing or making anyone else late for their appointment. (Late clients will have services altered at their cost to accomodate for appointment time).

If you can not afford your appointment please reschedule for when you can as this is a professional business and we DO NOT accept 'I'll pay later' requests!
