With the colder weather rolling in, sniffles and coughs are starting to make their rounds 🤧❄️

As much as I love seeing each of you for your sessions, I do ask that you please stay home if you’re feeling unwell — even if it’s just a little cold, a cough, or some sniffles.

Massage therapy is very up-close, and I rely on my own health to be able to care for all of you 💆‍♀️💖

✨ Please respect my health and the health of others by canceling or rescheduling if you are showing any symptoms.
✨ If you arrive to your appointment sick or symptomatic, your session will be canceled and the full appointment fee will apply.

Over time, I realized an hour just hasn’t been enough to create the full experience I want for you. I kept finding myself going over — wanting to slow down, let the energy flow, and give you that extra magic without feeling rushed.

The extra 15 minutes means:

🎶 More time for sound healing — without taking away from your massage
💫 A deeper, more balanced energetic experience

It also supports an equal energetic exchange, so I can show up fully and give you my very best every time 💖

✨ Things I Used to Think About Massage… Before Becoming a Massage Therapist ✨

When I look back, I realize how much my perspective on massage therapy has evolved. Here are a few things I used to believe 👇

1️⃣ Massage was only for relaxation.
I had no idea how therapeutic massage could be! It can help with chronic pain, tension, injuries, headaches, digestive issues, and so much more. It’s truly a blend of science and energy work 💆‍♀️✨

2️⃣ I’d only book when I was sore.
Now I understand the importance of maintenance care. I pre-book my own treatments to help prevent tension from building up and to keep my body functioning at its best 🙌

3️⃣ I’d only go if my benefits covered it.
These days, I happily pay out of pocket because I know how vital regular bodywork is for my physical and energetic health. I get treatments every two weeks—it keeps me grounded and helps me give my best to my clients 💫

4️⃣ I thought massage was just for the back and neck.
Now I know we can treat so many areas— abdomen, jaw, face, and even the feet! Everything in the body is connected 🌿

Massage is so much more than what I originally thought—it’s a powerful tool for healing, prevention, and connection to self 💖
