Join me for a glow-in-the-dark sound bath experience where you can come solo, with your partner, or bring a friend and just exist in a fun, low-pressure space.

We’ll start by getting a little creative 🎨
Glow-in-the-dark crayons will be available so you can design your own trippy face or body art.

Then we settle in under black lights while you’re surrounded by:
✨ crystal singing bowls
✨ chimes
✨ flute
✨ dreamy, floaty vibes

Wear your best white or neon to glow ✨
—or go full comfort mode and show up in your PJs 😌

No pressure. No expectations. Just come hang, vibe out, and enjoy something a little different.

a lot going on, a lot shifting, a lot of what is actually happening right now?

This session is for when your brain won’t chill, life feels a bit chaotic, and you just need a moment to pause and breathe.

We’ll start with a casual, easy-to-follow look at what’s happening astrologically right now. Some insight into the current energy and how to work with it.

Then you’ll get to lie back and relax into a sound bath, letting the vibrations help settle the constant thoughts, or open space for clarity, ideas, or whatever wants to come through.

We’ll wrap up with a light, intuitive astro dice reading, with a message for each person participant.

Just a space to exist, reset a little, and maybe understand things from a different angle.

Thank you to Back2Nature Wellness and Adventures for having me again for the Massage & Sauna Retreat at Blackstrap Provincial Park! It was so cozy in the Lotus Belle tent with the crackling fire.
