We try to stay active outdoors when we can!
If the weather outside doesn't shine, we will be indoors at home studio in the Forest Grove area of Saskatoon.

Indoor activities:
-Cardio pumping class with Sam and Krista
-kid friendly music will be pumping us up as we step and dance to the full body exercise programs designed by Krista and Sam.

Practice hand-eye coordination while getting the heart pumping in a fun, social environment.

Activity: Partner Throw and Catch
-begin standing close, facing your partner.
-on partner throws, underhand, to the 2nd partner.
-if the throw and catch are successful, both partners take 1 step back
-repeat until partners are 10 steps away from each other.
*Challenges:
-throw and catch with 1 hand only
-throw and catch while balancing on 1 foot

The sun is out, the birds are singing and school is almost out.

Do you know how your kids are getting their 1 hour of physical activity?

Why not join Besties Club 4Kids?
Two instructors will lead activities that get the heart pumping and brains thinking.

Example: "In the hoop, out the hoop"
-hoops are lined in a row with objects in or outside of the hoops.
-the object of this game is to race down the line of hoops placing the inside objects on the outside of the hoops and the outside objects inside the hoops.
-each team or individual will try to improve their personal best times
*with the help and encouragement of teammates and instructors, kids will feel good when they succeed!

This morning was filled with hoop races, timed obsticle runs and games of catch!

Well done to those who came out today! 🏐🏀🏃‍♀️🏃
We will be hosting more free classes this summer as well as affordable scheduled classes during the week.

Tomorrow, June 15/2024, Willowgrove area is having a community garage sale at the same time as our FREE trial class!

Why not drop off your kids with us to have a fun time exercising in the Willowgrove Square while you shop and check out the garage sales near by.

There will be 2 classes run tomorrow.

Ages 8-10 from 10am-10:55am
(siblings ages 11 and 12 are welcome to join)

Ages 5-7 from 11am-11:55am
(siblings age 4 are welcome to join)

Sam and Krista will stick around for a little while after 12pm if anyone has any questions about the summer program.
