My daughter had a mental health disease that caused her to believe that she wasn't loved or worthy of love. She didn't believe that I love her no matter what and she tested me on that over & over again! No matter what your brain is telling you or if you have a person telling you that you aren't worthy of love, that simply isn't true. YOU ARE LOVED AND WORTHY TO HAVE THAT LOVE!
Jessie-Rae, we miss you every day. 21 years was not enough time to share with you. I miss your jokes and the tricks you played on us. I miss you stealing my socks, I miss the talks, the fights, the tears, and the hugs we shared. Your daughter just turned 5yrs old and she is missing you, asking, "when are you coming home?" We share our memories of you and keep our love for you alive in our hearts. I felt you at your daughter's birthday party so I know that you are with her when you can be. We LOVE YOU ❤️

Hello friends! Here's my new business card. I'm in love with it. I've been having a hard time defining me in a simple way as I really don't fit into any box, label, description that helps people understand what I do. This pretty much explains it. When I think I'm being 'tested' on my knowledge, I go into 'freak out' mode🤯 or rather my brain does. Then it does what it is supposed to, shut down and conserve energy...to the point of not getting enough blood flow to the brain! This 'freak out' causes problems with being able to access my memory banks, leaving me guessing and sounding foolish 😜which only enhances the 'freak out'.

😊Now that I brought the THINKER roller bottle into my home, I find that I don't go into 'freak out' mode anymore because my brain doesn't immediately think that I'm being tested on my knowledge when asked a question. It has been so helpful for me that my 16yr old son has started using it at school.😲
