Do not lose your humanity.

Find it in your integrity to smile, and be polite. These two actions take no energy, well they shouldn’t take extra energy.

When we let the ‘what if’s’ rule our ‘now’ we rob ourselves of gratitude and being ‘present’.

Fear leaks in wreaking all kind of havoc causing us to become reactive

Regardless of what psychological warfare consumerism, social media or politics are playing, we have a choice.

We can choose to say “I am here, right now, wjat is truly my reality and how am I going to see the reality I am ACTUALLY in!”

It is each one of us choose to live in ‘what if’s’, an imagined future or to see what is in our control.

Reactive behaviour is sought by those using psychological influence such as every type of advertising includind , influencers, all social kedia, and right now a specific political leader are hoping that fear willl influence us and reactive behaviour will reailt in us buying what we think we need or wasting our time arguing rather than loving, laughing, growing and exjoying the life we are experiencing now.

Sure we will have crap going on in our personal lives but that we deal with when it happens

This is not a mindset of denial, this is choosing to live in the reality of our personal present and presence. We can choose to not feel like “the sky is falling”

The full moon rises today. The 'Buck moon' is named this due to the buck's growing their new antlers in July. As our gardens continue to grow, and already yielding some food for us to eat, our flowers continue to show their beauty as our trees and fruit flourish continuing their growth and ripening journeys. This is your focus. Continuing your previously started growth. You don't need to push and hurry, you need to remember to let nature take its course and that you (and your life) are ALWAYS in a state of growth. Direct your focus to understanding when and how you allow the stress to leave your body. Even if you only have a few minutes to spit the stress on the pages of your journal, it is enough. You need to understand, coasting is not being lazy. Taking your foot of the gas (as so to speak) allows you to regroup and the unseen things to take shape in order to continue the support of the changes and growth/expansion in your life.

Take a green candle. Light it. Yes, you may burn sage, or simply sit outside and inhale the smells of nature. Allow yourself to feel calm within your body, focus to what you believe in along with all that is good in this world - for it is always there. Allow the feeling of 'everything is okay' and 'regardless of why this is happening, I will get through it' to flow through you, allowing you to believe in your ability along with knowing you ARE supported in your life's journey and experience. May you love the night tonight and feel all the beauty of the moon as it rises and shines strongly.

During beautiful days like this, it is easy to find gratitude in yourself and everything around you.

Put a small effort in to place a smile on your face, and set the worry side, so you can enjoy the sun along with everything this season has to offer.

Accept that life has painful moments, whether they are mental, emotional or physical, all humans, yes, all of us, are often in a state of pain.

But so many of you know, we can still find a way to accept ourselves, our lives, and our state of being while existing in this state.

You are strong, you are resilient, and it’s okay to feel weak. Because in no way, are you weak when you are able to find a smile, gratitude, and acceptance in your day and life while dealing with the human condition.

A wonderful visitor in my backyard last week!

Good morning!! This weather has been amazing! The birds are singing, the fledglings are flopping about, and the flowers are in bloom.

The mornings smell fresh. That crisp moist air gently waking you up as you head to work or out for your morning walk or run.

Then as the heat has fully warmed the city and the work day is done, the perfect time to put your feel up in the back yard or wander around watering the thirsty plants.

Oh!! Guess what I learned!! I leaned about a fiscu and clover lawn yesterday. To get a low clover that is so bee friendly, a lawn I will need to cut less and will fill in last year’s winter kill. And it’s much softer than crabgrass!!!! Both seeds are at Early’s and to create the bee friendly lawn that still needs to be cut… just less… you simply seriously over seed your current lawn with the fescue and clover, then water daily for ten days. I’m excited 💕 yes I’m so random. But summer is so ripe with adventures.

I also met a woman who exclaimed ‘you’re beautiful’ referring to my colourful tattooed self. Of course we struck up a conversation. I learned she was….96!!!!!! Turning 97 this week. Wjat the heck?! I swear to you she moved and looking like she was 74. Gives me so much hope.

I hope little moments are happening for you this summer. You deserve to smile from ear to ear and also know the universe is smiling down upon you.

I will always and forever say, things happen for a reason.

Perhaps there is a person wanting to gain through your loss…. Trust you’ll never lose.

The fact is, if you stay loyal to who you are, and simply keep going, people can say what they want about you, try and put you under, try and take from you, but what they take you didn’t want anyway and is better being theirs than yours.

Like in my case, people who end up gettibg in touch with the scammer will receive exactly whst they needed at that time.

I don’t worry if my name will be soiled. Those who wish to know me will make the effort to learn me, those who are quick to assume, that is theur issue, not mine, plus we wouldn’t be a good fit anyway.

Always trust a process you may not understand. Stress is a choice. Stress is NOT a good motivator. Plus we control how we react to a situation so the amount of stress we feel is our choice.

In my specific situation, I choose gratitude over stress and trust in my world/universe and others. You bet I’ve been burned before but was I really? Everything that has happened to me snd for me had brought me to now - my wonderful, beautiful life with so many caring souls in it and around me.

The life you are living works out. You cant f*ck it up, even if you try. The only thing that matters is your choice in deciding that your life is beautiful and you are worthy of that beautiful life - and to do that my friend… is simply a thought…. Such as

I love my life, l love myself so much. I am so grateful for everything that brought me to this moment. (Even if i may not understandnd why some of that 💩 had to happen)

Try it. You wont regret it.

I hope you know how much i love you all and truly wish everything good this world has to offer upon all of you. Thank you for looking out for me.

I will never comment, or solicit in this manner. If anyone named Aukeera Rayne comments on your posts, please report that profile. It is not me. My personal page has been copied and is commenting on reels and past comments made by clients. The page cannot be found unless it’s commented on your comment, post or reel. Ive changed my personal page’s pictures so people can differentiate. The fake page will communicate via Facebook messenger and has gone as far as asking for an etransfer to book a session. I would never do that. Not do I have a ‘manager’. The fake page also copied my Dad’s memorial post as well as his photos. Sad indeed.

Thank you to all who have reached out to me, to say… this didn’t sound like you. And especially to the person who took the time to email me after she was asked for payment to book with the fake profile for a session.

Freedom. Freedom of expression. Freedom of lifestyle. Freedom to think the way we choose to, to perceive and live a life that suits us best - or at least a life we believe serves us best.

Yes, we live in a country, a province, a city that we believe comes with freedom and yet many of us house our minds in a prison.

We've come by this state of mind honestly, I understand that, and yet all it does take is a thought of gratitude to break through the walls and let that light in.

Remember, this feeling of being in love with your life and thankful for everything in it is a simple thought and doesn't need to be something huge.

We are here to live our lives while adding in these thoughts along the way to support us.

We are here to serve ourselves first then treat all others the way we are treating ourselves. (that ones does take practice as we've been taught to treat others better first them wait for someone to treat us well - which doesn't work)

We are here to experience everything, and none of it is technically easy! It is not easy to be grateful some days, or even smile - even joy is a choice. Joy takes as much work as feeling stanky.

Things we quickly take for granted can bite us in the butt. Life is ever changing and we need to remember this and be flexible willing to shift and not become ridged with ourselves, our bodies, or relationships. Everything is fluid, and a well choreographed dance, of which we know our part well, even when we don't trust the beauty of this flow or ourselves.

Surrendering and trusting ourselves and lives is simply something we are not accustomed to. And yet, we are frustrated when others question us, or when they refuse to lead us because they to are unsure.

If we want to be independent thinkers, living our lives rather than feeling life we are being swept away and drown by a fast flowing river, we must believe we are capable. We must remain humble. We must, and can remain observant. We must remain calm.

As you look in that mirror, see the universe in your eyes, as you are the heart of your universe. You are the one living this incredible life that holds nothing mundane. You, my friend, are magic. More than you can even fathom. Don't let that scare you, instead decide, you are allow to accept your sacred place in your own life.

You deserve everything this world has to offer as I know you are capable of walking with you through ever step.

I saw this post and it sparked this thought…

‘Speak to yourself as if you are the wisest, kindest, most beautiful and magical human on earth, for what you hear from you is what you will believe to be true.’

We are so kind to others while being so cruel to ourselves.

Then we expect others to be kind to us and are shocked and devastated when they are not.

I get it. I do. A rude human can throw off my day, especially on those ‘off’ days.

Turning up the volume of our kindness to self may not fix our melancholy, but will stabilize ourselves. Using the words we tell others every day, not worrying if you consciously accept them, only mattering that you heard them.

We cannot share kindness with an expectation of fixing people - that’s not within our power.

But… our kindness to ourselves CAN and will stabilize us permanently.

There is no complicated learning process. No counselling needed. No complicated ‘healing’ process. No. Simply say/think what you say to others every day to yourself.

If you are a kind human, be kind to yourself too. It’s that simple. Your ego is like your perpetual child.

If you are mean to everyone, this technique won’t help you as I’m sure you’re just as cruel to you as you are to others….

I'm turning 59 on Tuesday

I can honestly say, if I died tomorrow I would die knowing I am one of the most blessed and loved people I know.

I've already experienced more in my life then some people experience in their entire life time, and I have the love many people only dream of.

Yes, I would leave this earth with no regrets and only gratitude in my heart.

By no means am I wanting to go, but thanks to my past, and my observations, I know I would go peacefully.

I'm grateful to know each and everyone of you, regardless in what capacity, you've added to my life experience.

Where have you gone? Do we have nothing to say?

Maybe it’s not that we’ve gone anywhere, maybe it’s that we are where we want to be, or need to be.

And maybe that place has nothing to do with being online or perhaps it’s nothing meant to be shared.

It’s not that what we are doing isn’t special or important, or our online friends aren’t still important or special either, maybe it’s that we are living.

We’ve been lulled into believing abnormal things and noise are normal. Told we must be attached to our phones while finding value in responses and advice from faceless ‘friends’. Community has been normalized in this format.

We’ve are now being told that we fear speaking face to face, even answering our phone, further confirming we should and need to only seek community online.

This doesn’t need to be our ‘normal’.

There’s a certain beauty to walk amongst strangers while your phone stays perfectly tucked away. To notice how often your habit dictates we take a photo, send a text, how naturally we are willing to disturb our own silence while interrupting someone else’s too.

Noticing our habit is the first step into deciding our own normal. And your definition and choice of normal is always right, as long as you’ve taken the time to choose.

Our Story

I was born the way I am and have not known life any different. I was adopted and raised by a family who didn’t and still really doesn’t understand how I see, hear, feel the world and those in it. I remember talking to trees as I skipped to kindergarten, I recall seeing my first ghost with no fear at about 6 years of age, I recall reading for my friends as early as grade 6. I also know I went through a period of severe fear with the possibility of demons as I struggled to find my own definition of religion. I have battled understanding the good in this world, and attempting to find a reason to live and the hope within in this world, but now in my 50’s, not only have I found these answers for myself, I am confident, you are able to find them too.

I have served the public as a guide, universal translator, clairvoyant, counselor and educator for over 30yrs. (not including my younger years where I had no idea what I see and speak of doesn’t come to most people naturally) I work with clients, people just like you and me to understand their past, present and future; offering solutions to life's issues as well as giving needed insight and confirmation. I aid with communication to those who have passed as well as those we love still with us. (Pets and people) as well as grief, living a life without our person, and moving forward. I can cover a lot of subjects however, I humbly know I am only the voice and not the true provider of insight, that is the job of each client who sees me. I have been described as a counselor on steroids, and yes, I am direct, however, most people come because they what to know the ins and outs of the situation - once you see me, most people find they won’t see me again for years (I highly recommend recording the session on your phone for easy and clear playback) I am now the first Accredited Psychic Life Coach with the Better Business Bureau in Canada and will be carrying Certificates in Mediation as well as Psychological Health and Wellness by the end of 2019.
